These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 93pkr ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://93pkr.net ("the Platform").

By accessing the 93pkr Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the 93pkr Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. To register an account with 93pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 93pkr enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at the Company's sole discretion.

93pkr reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without being obligated to provide reasons for such refusal.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on the 93pkr Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 93pkr reserves the right to close all accounts involved and withhold associated balances pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 93pkr login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 93pkr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Account Accuracy. You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered name, contact details, or payment information must be reported to our support team promptly. 93pkr reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any changes made to account details.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account shall be considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 93pkr reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to Rs 500 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified in advance of any such deduction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 93pkr currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

4.2 Deposit Currency. All deposits made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are credited to your account in PKR. Deposits made via USDT will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by 93pkr at the time of transaction.

4.3 Third-Party Payments. 93pkr does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. The Company bears no liability for delays arising from third-party payment processing.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 93pkr account holder. 5.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 5.4 Withholding of Withdrawals. 93pkr reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests where: (a) account verification is incomplete; (b) suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity has been identified; (c) a chargeback dispute is pending; or (d) a breach of these Terms is under investigation.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional credits offered by 93pkr are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is made available. These Terms set out the baseline framework applicable to all promotions unless expressly overridden by promotion-specific rules.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, contributing games, time window, and minimum odds (where applicable) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. 93pkr takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using bonus funds in low-risk hedged betting strategies designed to complete wagering with minimal risk; and colluding with other players to benefit from a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intent.

6.4 VIP Cashback. Weekly cashback distributed through the 93pkr Black Diamond VIP Programme is credited as real money with no wagering requirement, unless the applicable tier communication specifies otherwise. Cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period as defined in the VIP programme documentation.

7.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the 93pkr Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including selection, stake amount, and applicable odds — prior to confirmation. 93pkr will not reverse or amend bets on the basis of player error after confirmation.

7.2 Void Bets. 93pkr reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed in error due to a system malfunction or manifest odds error; (b) the event or market is cancelled or abandoned; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or insider information being used; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Void bets result in the return of the original stake.

7.3 Palpable Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"), 93pkr reserves the right to void such bets and, where appropriate, recalculate settlement at the correct odds. The decision of 93pkr in such matters is final.

7.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a game or bet, 93pkr's server records shall be the authoritative source for determining the outcome. Bets affected by verifiable malfunctions will be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 93pkr Platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or any pattern of play that is systematically risk-free and designed to extract value from the Platform without genuine gaming engagement.
• Placing bets using material non-public information about the outcome of any event ("insider betting").

All content available on the 93pkr Platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, video, audio, and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of 93pkr or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of any Platform content; use any content for commercial purposes; or reverse-engineer any software underlying the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 93pkr intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10.1 The 93pkr Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 93pkr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 93pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

10.3 93pkr's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date the claim arose.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.2 Closure by 93pkr. 93pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is identified; (c) the player is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) a valid self-exclusion or regulatory order is received; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the Company.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any outstanding financial obligations shall survive termination.
